About us
Indigo Signs & Print is one of the Island's leading sign and print companies, based at St Cross Business Park, Newport. We design, manufacture and install signage for clients including the NHS, Isle of Wight Festival and Isle of Wight Council, from shopfronts and vehicle graphics to large-format banners and site signage. Through Indigo Marine, we also carry out boat wrapping and marine graphics, so no two weeks are the same.
The role
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Sign Fitter to join our installation team. Working alongside our experienced fitters, you'll be out on sites across the Island installing a wide variety of signage, as well as supporting production in the workshop when needed.

- Installing fascia signs, tray signs, ACM panels, wayfinding and site signage
- Applying vinyl graphics to vehicles, windows and walls
- Fitting banners, hoardings and temporary event signage
- Assisting with marine wrapping and boat graphics (full training given)
- Carrying out site surveys and preparing for installations
- Keeping vans, tools and equipment organised and well maintained
What we're looking for

- Full, clean UK driving licence essential
- Comfortable working at height and outdoors in all weathers
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated someone the team can count on, every day
- Good problem-solving skills and pride in a neat, professional finish
- Able to work well in a small, close-knit team
- IPAF / PASMA / CSCS cards an advantage but not essential training provided
What we offer
- £14.40 per hour with a clear path to progress as your skills grow
- 37.5-hour week with genuine variety no two jobs the same
