Job: Multiskilled Tradesperson – Small Works Department

JPCD has been established since 2008, in this time we have built strong foundations, a great working culture and have formed an amazing team, now we would like to add to that! We are looking for a self-motivated, Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our reputable team. You must be proactive, result driven and adaptable with a strong working ethic to lead by example and carry out tasks safely and efficiently. If this sounds like you, please read on.

Key Responsibilities

• Working alongside the project manager.
• Carrying out construction duties, including but not limited to; carpentry, plumbing, tiling etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and on schedule
• Maintaining site safety and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
• Self-manage jobs

Requirements

• Proven experience in the construction industry
• Self-Motivated.
• Valid CSCS card (advantageous but not essential)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Reliable and professional attitude
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Own tools and transport
