Flexible hours available up to 24 hours contracts per week to be worked Monday to Friday

- Provide personalised 1:1 and small group support, enabling learners to access education in a way that works for them
- Support students emotionally as well as academically, helping them to build confidence, independence and resilience
- Adapt learning approaches to meet individual needs and remove barriers
- Be a consistent, reassuring presence — someone learners can rely on
- Work alongside passionate colleagues in a culture rooted in care, respect and collaboration

- Already experienced in supporting learners with additional needs
