Learning Support Assistants

£12.87 per hour, plus additional payment of holiday allowance for every hour worked
Term-time only 34 weeks
Flexible hours available up to 24 hours contracts per week to be worked Monday to Friday

You will:

Provide personalised 1:1 and small group support, enabling learners to access education in a way that works for them
Support students emotionally as well as academically, helping them to build confidence, independence and resilience
Adapt learning approaches to meet individual needs and remove barriers
Be a consistent, reassuring presence — someone learners can rely on
Work alongside passionate colleagues in a culture rooted in care, respect and collaboration

You might be:

Already experienced in supporting learners with additional needs
Starting out in education, care or support roles
