Victoria House is an independent 20 bed residential care home loacted in Ryde. 

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high quality care and support to individuals within our care setting, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life. 

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with personal care

Supporting our residents with mobility and daily living activities 

Assisting residents over meal times, ensuring nutritional needs are met

Promoting residents dignity, privacy, choice, and wellbeing at all times

Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues

Encouraging participation in social and wellbeing activities

Monitoring residents health and reporting

Maintaining accurate care records and following individuals care plans

Ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors
