About Smart Training

Welcome to Smart Training and Recruitment  Limited – a National Training Company with training centres established in, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Winchester, the Isle of Wight, Brighton, Bournemouth and Bath.

The company was established in 2003 on the Isle of Wight delivering Apprenticeship programmes mainly in the Hospitality Sector.  Since then it has expanded across the country in terms of geographical areas and is now delivering in the following sectors:

  • Hospitality and Catering             
  • Business Administration
  • Customer Service
  • Cleaning and Support
  • Sales
  • Retail
  • I.T.

In addition to Apprenticeships we also have a Foundation Learning Programmes – with highly equipped and resourced Training Centre’s in Brighton and the Isle of Wight.  The company currently employs over 150 employees   working with 2500 learners within an employer base of over 750.

Smart Training and Recruitment works in partnership with E.D.I. – City and Guilds, N.C.F.E., B.I.I. awarding organisations who assist us with ensuring that our training provision is fit for purpose, of the highest quality and is learner focused, to ensure that our learners enjoy and achieve an enriching learning activity that meets the business needs of our employers and aspirations of our learners.
