Wightoak Youth Services provides an essential provision for Post 16 Residential Support, for Care Leavers and young adults with complex social and emotional needs on the Isle of Wight. Offering bespoke therapeutic pathways and individual support plans, we enable young people to achieve focused results based on their desired outcomes. We provide high-quality professional support encouraging young people to develop the practical and emotional skills to transition to independent living. With guidance continuing into the community, our young people build the foundations they require to succeed post-placement.
