Community Lead - Maximus Support Services.

We're recruiting for our Ryde Services to support our wider community team:

Role:

Community Lead based on the Isle of Wight. Your role will be a blend of support, office administrative duties and on-call. 

Would suit an experienced support worker or senior support worker wanting to take that next step in their career with a high level of support and nurturing around them.

Salary:

£28,080 (£13.75ph) - £31,200 (£15.00) - determined on experience and skills
5.6 weeks annual leave
1.5 rate on bank holidays if required to work
45p per mile for travel between work locations during working hours and on-callOn-call payment:
Based on 1 week every 4-6 on-call for our community teams (£210.00 per week of on-call).

This excludes payment for hours worked on-call outside of administrative duties and you will be paid on the hour for extras. There will always be support around you when you are on-call.
