Adoption practitioners work alongside our Social Workers in supporting the Local Authority's children and adults to provide the best possible care to the children looked after by the Local Authority and to support adults in adoption matters. Based within the Adoption Hub, your role will be to assist the completion of various assessments and supporting the social workers with tasks such as referee interviews.
