Key Role & Responsibilities:

• Maintain accuracy of stock holding levels against the stock control system.
• Work with the stores team to maintain a timely flow of kits to production and external sub-contractors.
• Operate ERP system and carry out other assigned computer tasks as required.
• Support the dispatch team with shipping to both suppliers and customers.
• Participate in daily cycle counts and annual stock take across both sites, reconciling physical counts with system records to batch level.
• Complete records to QA standards.
• Ensure paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
• Ensure warehouse stock is correctly identified and located within the stores area.
• Report issues to the relevant department as required.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping.
