Head of Business Development - Fixed Term Contract – 12 months  

Location: Freshwater Isle of Wight, PO40 9BG

Join us as Head of Business Development for a 12- month fixed-term contract and help shape the next phase of our growth. 

You will set the strategic direction for our new business growth and turn that vision into results, by identifying, attracting and securing high-value partnerships. 

What you will be doing as the Head of Business Development:

• Build, lead and develop a high-performing team of Business Development professionals, creating the focus and support they need to achieve ambitious commercial and strategic objectives. 

• Identify and secure high-impact partnerships with leading brands, retailers, designers and creators that can accelerate our growth and mission. 

• Lead complex commercial negotiations and build trusted, long-term relationships. 

• Own and deliver our new business acquisition strategy across core and emerging markets, translating market opportunities into sustainable commercial growth. 

What we’re looking for: 

• Experience in business development, strategic partnerships or commercial leadership, with a track record of turning opportunities into growth. 

• A strong record of leading teams, winning new accounts and negotiating successful commercial agreements. 

• Experience of leading, motivating and connecting a team across multiple sites.
