Work as part of a team to promote and support residents within the home to live their best lives. We support individuals with mental health diagnoses, within a diverse age range. The role will include but not limited to:
Maintaining care plans
Administering medication
Engaging in resident activities, outings, and keyworking time
Supporting residents to maintain their personal environment
Completing daily paperwork
Making appointments for the residents
Completing annual mandatory training
