37.5 hours per week, Term time only
Can you make a difference? We are looking to appoint a Nurture Practitioner HLTA to join our primary site, to provide nurture group provision for identified pupils, from September 2025.
The successful candidate will support the SLT, SENCO and Safeguarding Leads to develop an effective nurture provision and promote pupils’ social, emotional and mental health needs, both within class, small groups and individual programmes
This is an exciting role where the successful applicant will have an opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people. We are seeking an outstanding candidate who is highly skilled and experienced with a clear understanding of nurturing principles and how they are appliedto develop outstanding practices and outcomes with our pupils, parents / carers and otherstakeholders.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about supporting our children and will provide an inspiring learning environment, where all children achieve their potential.
