Are you a confident, adaptable, and organized individual who thrives in an educational environment? Christ the King College is seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated support staff team. As a joint Church of England and Catholic secondary college, we provide a distinctive faith-based education centered on Christian values. Our community aims to support every student in becoming "the best they can possibly be," and our support staff play an essential role in keeping our learning environments productive, safe, and inspiring.

We are seeking adaptable, confident, and dependable individuals who can manage a classroom environment with a calm and assured presence. The ideal candidate will be a committed team player, ready to provide back-up cover and flexible support for colleagues across various subject areas. As someone who interacts daily with our school community, you will act as an exceptional role model for our students, demonstrating outstanding personal presentation, reliable attendance, and high standards of professional conduct. You should possess the skills necessary to assess and report on student progress within established guidelines, whilst maintaining absolute confidentiality and discretion at all times. Above all, you must have a proactive attitude toward your own professional development, a thorough commitment to safeguarding, and a desire to work in complete alignment with the distinctive Christian mission, ethos, and values of Christ the King College.
