Medina College is seeking to appoint a Receptionist, working 2 days a week, you will provide a highly effective and efficient College reception, ensuring high customer service at all times, as well as designated administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, parents, and students in a professional and friendly manner

Answer incoming calls and manage general enquiries

Manage attendance records and sign-in systems

Maintain confidentiality and uphold safeguarding procedures at all times

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Experience in a school or educational environment is desirable but not essential

A positive attitude and the ability to multitask under pressure
