Isle of Wight Jobs have been instructed by a local and highly respected organisation to recruit for an HR Manager.

Based on the Isle of Wight this unique role involves managing day to day HR issues and working with senior management on current and future strategy. 

This dynamic and expanding business puts the wellbeing of their employees at the forefront of all their activities and with a low turnover of staff and high retention rates they are seen as an employer of choice in their industry. 

The successful candidate must be able to understand and implement Employment Law and deal with ad-hoc issues such as recruitment, capability or disciplinary situations as well as more regular duties such as Board Meetings and monitor/follow up any appraisals etc.

Candidates must be self starters and willing to undertake their own administrative tasks. However, it is worth noting that our client not be adverse to increasing resource in the HR function should the need arise as the company continues to expand. 

On offer is a highly competitive pay package of circa £55k dependent on experience  to ensure we attract and secure the very best candidates as well as the following:
