Ryde House Group is looking for a caring, innovative, and experienced Home Manager to join our expanding management team across our residential services on the Isle of Wight

The Role

Our Ryde House registration currently includes eight Residential Homes

As Home Manager you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day leadership of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance. You will work closely with the Registered Manager, completing delegated duties and providing strong operational leadership to all staff. You will foster a positive and person centred culture where both colleagues and the people we support can thrive. We invest in our staff members, providing all the training necessary for you to progress and build a career to be proud of.

Who We’re Looking For

You will have experience in management in the care sector, and a history of working with learning disabilities or mental health/complex needs.

The successful candidate will have a polite and friendly manner, with a can-do attitude and the ability to work dynamically in a fast-paced envirinment. Excellent communication skills are a must, alongside a good level of IT skills. It is key for the successful candidate to work well under pressure whilst using their initiative. Applicants should have, or be working towards, a QCF level 4/5 (or equivelent).
