We are looking for a Full Time Assistant Manager to join our well-established and popular restaurant in Yarmouth. Working alongside the General Manager, the successful candidate will supervise the kitchen food standards and daily operations, promote a strong and consistent service while leading by example. 

We pride ourselves on being Yarmouth’s one and only hot stone steakhouse and seafood grill, with an ethos of trying to use as much local produce, supporting local suppliers, as we can.

We are looking for an energetic / bubbly Manager who has a real passion for hospitality and customer service to ensure that our guests are having a wonderful time. The successful candidate needs to be able to lead a team from the front, by example, and willing to put the same effort expected for their team.

This is a very hands on role and the ideal candidate will also have experience working in a food environment. 

Must haves:

• Previous experience working in a busy hospitality setting.
• Food safety Level 2 training and experience with food handling. 
• A great sense of humour and be enthusiastic about delivering consistent customer service.
• Excellent organisational skills and a positive and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work as a team and work on your own. Lead from the front, by example, and have high standards. 
• Experience and a good knowledge of Food safety practices including stock rotation, dates, cleanliness and handling is essential.
• Work well under pressure and keep a cool head at all times. 
• Experience in menu costing, management, to ensure we are always offering the customer value for money.
