Technical Manager

Permanent / IOW

Guardian Technologies is a new telecommunications company that is setting up its headquarters on the Isle of Wight.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to set up and manage the company's UK technical/IT department. This is a permanent position.

You will recruit additional technical support personnel as required and work closely with our sales, marketing, finance and customer support teams. Remuneration is negotiable and advancement within our growing company is available for the right candidate.

Benefits include travel allowance, healthcare, bonus, and membership of the Companies share incentive scheme.

A degree/qualification and minimum 3 years’ experience in a telecommunications/IT environment would be a considerable benefit.
