Salary: £30,000 + OTE Office based 9-5pm. 25% of time out of office working across the Isle of Wight.
Guardian Mobile, based near Sandown, is a UK-based technology startup focused on enhancing the health and safety of people of all ages. We offer a range of mobile services, including phones with 24/7 emergency features, GPS tracking, and fall detection. As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated individual to help shape this role and grow their career in sales or customer service management.
This role is all about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through strong relationships and personalised care and support.
You’ll be the main point of contact for customers both new and existing, helping them select the right products or services, resolving any issues, and ensuring they’re satisfied with their purchases.
Your attention to detail will be crucial, whether you’re processing orders, updating customer records, or reporting on performance. With a focus on empathy and patience, you’ll help create a positive, supportive experience for customers, particularly families and older people.
Customer Support & Engagement

Talk to customers to understand their needs and suggest the right products or services.

Answer customer questions and solve any problems they have.

Take orders, process returns and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Keep customer records updated and share feedback to improve services.
Sales & Business Growth

Work closely with the Marketing team to build and maintain strong relationships with new customers in the community through events, groups, and other targeted activity.

Contact potential customers and referral sources, such as assisted living housing, health and care businesses, and activity or charity groups for seniors, via calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to introduce our products or services and build relationships.
Teamwork & Strategy

Work closely with internal teams to ensure a great customer experience.

Stay up to date on industry trends, new products, and competitors.
Admin & Reporting
- Keep detailed and accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and performance metrics in our Contact Record System (CRM) HubSpot.
