We have a number of exciting opportunities for experienced instructors to join our park team from March to October 2025. About the Role
As a Park Activity Instructor, you’ll be at the heart of Robin Hill’s activities and programmes. Whether it’s guiding visitors, running outdoor adventures, or ensuring everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, your positivity and energy will make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Exciting Activities: Guide visitors through our high octane outdoor activities such as high ropes and climbing walls to guided trails and team challenges.
· Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Welcome and assist guests, answer questions, and ensure everyone feels included and supported.
· Promote Safety: Provide clear instructions, supervise activities, and maintain a safe environment for all participants.
· Foster a Fun Atmosphere: Create a positive and energetic environment that encourages adventure, learning, and enjoyment.

· Are physically active: You’re comfortable leading activities, working on your feet, and handling light to moderate physical tasks.
· Have instructor experience – we offer full training but previous experience is desirable.
