1Leisure are recruiting at The Heights & Medina Leisure Centres for our busy leisure attendant team.
Candidates are required for a mixture of evening and weekend shifts but will also have the opportunity to cover holiday periods and staff absences. You will need to be flexible around working hours which could include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
You will need to demonstrate good communications and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
The role requires a current qualification in pool lifeguarding from either STA (Swim Teachers Association) or RLSS (Royal Life Saving Society). Please see the Job Summary which details the essential qualifications and/or experience required for the role.
We are looking for staff who can add to our current team who have a confident and outgoing personality, ideally with experience of working in a leisure environment.
