Trusted Homecare is an Island based care provider operating from Branstone on the outskirts of Newport. We truly care about the service we deliver, which means we look after our Caregivers, without them we are unable to provide the support we would wish for our loved ones. Trusted Homecare started providing care to Islanders in February 2024 and since then, we have been providing personalised care to our wonderful clients residing within their own homes.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high quality care to our clients, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing is maintained. You will be responsible for supporting a small team of Caregivers, becoming an expert in your field at specific health conditions which you will be able to pass on to your teams. You will support the Management Team with completing Quality Assurance checks and supporting new Caregivers at providing exceptional care.

What do we need from you?

A kind, compassionate heart with excellent communication skills. 

A Genuine passion for making a difference to Clients and Caregivers. 

Casual work attire to provide a companionship feel to support provided.

A minimum of Level 3 / NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards it.

Care Assistants MUST have a Valid UK Driving Licence (with access to a vehicle for work purposes) and have the Right to work in the UK.

Salary of £20,850 based on 30 hours per week including every other weekend.
