We’re now recruiting for passionate people to join our park team for the 2026 season (March–October). Main Purpose of Role
As a member of our Admissions & Retail Team, you are the first face that our visitors see when they enter the park. A valuable source of information you will promote key activities and events in the park and be passionate in ensuring that our customers have a positive, memorable and inspiring experience at Robin Hill
Key Responsibilities
- To be proactive in talking to customers, providing a warm and friendly service where nothing is too much trouble.
- To be efficient and effective on the admission desk, making sure all customers receive a consistent level of service
- To have in-depth knowledge of our Membership Passes and ticketing and to assist visitors with queries.
- Keep the retail space well stocked, merchandised, tidy and clean, ensuring all products are displayed to their best advantage with clear POS for our customers.
- To have an in-depth knowledge on the products on offer within the park.
- To be fully knowledgeable and up to date in knowing the key activities and events across the park. Use this information to help customer and answer their queries.
- To have a good knowledge of the island to be able to answer customer questions.
- To safeguard all company money, stock and equipment, making sure you report any discrepancies to your line manager.
- To support events as and when requested and to participate in any ‘in park’ retail activity.
- To bring energy, theatre and performance to all aspects of your work. Be ‘on stage’ when in any customer facing role.
- To keep your immediate working area clean and tidy, contribute to the overall cleanliness of the park by taking a pride in our locations.
- To be flexible and willing in responding to management requests.
- To follow and live up to the Company’s customer service standards.
- To exercise personal responsibility and do everything possible to prevent injury to yourself, other employees, and members of the public. Contribute to and ensure others contribute to a safe working environment.
- Ensure that the retail/Front of house areas, including the office are GDPR compliant at all times
- To work to and champion Robin Hill throughout the business.
