Night Packer- Grace's Bakery Ryde

Grace's Bakery has a fantastic opportunity to join our small night packing team as a Night Packer Team Member. If you're a night owl who enjoys staying active, and takes pride in organisation and getting things done behind the scenes, this could be the role for you!
 
Job Roles and Responsibilities: 

- Pack and organise orders for our stores and wholesale customers 

- Exercise care and attention to detail to ensure all orders are packed accurately and meet quality expectations 

- Seal products to a high standard, ensuring they are presentable 

- Work within a small team to make sure the orders are ready for our Drivers to load their vans from 4am onwards

- Working alongside Bakers, Confectioners, Sandwich Makers, and Drivers to make sure that all orders are correct and finished to a high standard; including ensuring all orders are packed, sealed, and labelled accurately to meet quality expectations

- Maintain a consistent speed and quality of work

- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene when working

- Maintain flexibility for covering holiday and absences

We're looking for someone who: 

- Is comfortable working on their feet 

- Is organised and has an eye for detail 

- Is reliable and enthusiastic 

- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills 

- Has a positive and proactive attitude 

Hours and Pay:  

- £12.30 per hour

- 3-6 days a week (up to 6 for holiday/sickness cover)

- 12-40 hours a week (up to 40 for holiday/sickness cover)

- Between the hours of 8pm and 5am.

- Based at our Ryde Bakehouse
