Charity Shop Manager  (Full Time)

Location: Newport

Hours: 35 hours per week (Tuesday to Saturday)

Organisation: Friends of the Animals (F.O.T.A)

Friends of the Animals are excited to be opening a large, new Charity Shop in Newport – and we’re looking for a passionate and driven Shop Manager to lead the way!

We’re seeking someone enthusiastic, creative, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, busy retail environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-loved animal welfare charity and play a key role in our fundraising efforts through retail.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in all aspects of retail

• Previous experience managing staff and volunteers

• A flexible approach and strong organisational skills

• A genuine empathy for animal welfare and the mission of Friends of the Animals

• A proactive attitude, full of ideas to grow and develop the shop

•  Sorting donated goods and accurately pricing items for sale

·         Car driver preferred

This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week (Tuesday to Saturday).
