Are you passionate about great coffee, exceptional customer service, and managing a vibrant team? We’re looking for an experienced Café Manager to lead our team and help create a welcoming, friendly, and efficient environment for our customers.

About Us: We are opening a café with a focus on high-quality beverages, delicious food, and a great atmosphere. We pride ourselves on delivering a memorable experience for every customer, and we need a dedicated manager to help take our business to the next level.

As the full-time Café Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring the team runs smoothly and customers receive outstanding service. You'll be a key part of the business team, driving both operational excellence and a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and wastage.
• Lead, motivate, and train café staff.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Drive sales growth through excellent service.
• Handle staff schedules, and ensure compliance with all regulations, including H&S, food safety and hygiene.
• Collaborate with owners to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies. 

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous café management or supervisory experience is essential.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A love for food and drink and a passion for creating an amazing customer experience.
• Training in food safety and hygiene regulations
