The Isle of Wight Council’s property estate is extensive and with a diverse portfolio comes a varied and exciting caseload. We are actively identifying commercial land and buildings suitable for redevelopment to social and affordable housing along with other development/regeneration projects. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic senior estates/development surveyor with keen professional instincts to help us deliver social/affordable housing, development and general practice services for the Council. Landlord and tenant professional work may also be required from time to time.
Working in a supportive, professional and high-profile team, you will assist on the delivery of affordable housing schemes, along with a varied caseload of routine and strategic general practice professional work with the opportunity to get involved in other areas as might suit your interests and expertise.
RICS qualifications are not a requirement for this position but would be a distinct advantage.
