Contracted: Bank role. Mixture of day shifts and Waking nights on a monthly Rota basis.

LOD CCM are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is a confident young adult with a physical disability and complex medical needs located on the Isle of Wight. We are looking to expand her care team.

Our client requires 24/7 support on a 2:1 basis, including tracheostomy care, catheter and stoma care, manual handling and medication management.

Essential:
