About the Role:
As the Head of Adult Skills and Higher Education, you'll develop and grow our departments, ensuring outstanding teaching, learning, and business performance. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help drive strategic growth, design relevant curriculums, and develop innovative partnerships with higher education institutes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a cutting-edge curriculum aligned with local needs and industry trends.
• Collaborate with external partners to maximise opportunities and impact.
• Lead quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance and excellence in teaching.
• Drive cultural transformation, empowering teams to deliver outstanding performance.
• Oversee KPIs, including attendance, retention, and achievement rates, ensuring continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven leadership in Adult, Higher, or Further Education sectors.
• Experience working with frameworks like Ofsted and awarding bodies.
• A track record of delivering performance improvements and leading change.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and influence policy effectively.
