We are looking for a General Butchery Assisstant to work in our busy unit in Ryde.
This role would either suit someone looking for a career change, or perhaps a chef wanting to move out of the kitchen and work more sociable hours. Full training will be provided but a background in food preparation would be advantageous.
Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Production of fresh meat products such as burgers, sausages, meatballs etc,
Assisting in support of the wholesale team,
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the unit.
This role will be for 40 hours a week over 5 days (including Saturdays,) with days off being Sundays and another day in the week. A full clean driving licence will also be required.
