Business Lecturer - Isle of Wight College 

Location: Isle of Wight College

Contract: Permanent - 39 hours a week - reducing to 37 hours a week in August

Salary: £29,897 to £35,619 per annum dependent on skills, qualifications and experience

About the role:

The Isle of Wight College is on the lookout for an inspiring Business Lecturer who’s ready to turn real-world know-how into memorable lessons.

  • Teaching engaging business lessons to students eager to learn
  • Bringing real-life business examples into the classroom
  • Inspiring learners to build confidence, ambition, and career-ready skills
  • Supporting students on their journey into work, apprenticeships, or higher education

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for business and education
  • Ability to motivate, engage, and inspire learners
  • Industry experience, teaching experience—or both!
  • A positive, supportive approach to learning
