We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team in Newport, Isle of Wight, and help drive the next stage of our growth. You’ll work directly with the CEO, the marketing team, and the sales team playing a key role in building and running outbound campaigns that support our sales activity.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating and managing outbound email campaigns to generate leads

• Running cold outreach and digital prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools

• Working closely with the sales team to identify, target and nurture prospects

• Tracking, testing and refining campaign performance

• Using data and insights to improve results and guide decision-making

• Bringing fresh ideas and creativity to how we engage with potential customers

• Attend trade shows and industry events to represent Powered Now

What we’re looking for

• Experience with outbound email marketing and cold outreach tools (such as SmartLead) 

• A data-driven marketer who enjoys testing, measuring and refining campaigns

• Creative thinker with the ability to adapt and try new approaches

• Strong collaboration skills – comfortable working with both sales and senior management

• Experience with Hubspot, Smartlead or similar platforms is a bonus; it would be an advantage to have experience with AI tools. 

• Nice to have: experience with Google Ads, Meta Marketing Suite or other PPC platforms
