We’re looking for a Creative Marketing & Ecommerce Lead to take ownership of one of our in-house brands and drive its growth. This is a role where creative instinct meets commercial performance. You’ll be responsible for how the brand shows up and how it performs—owning ecommerce delivery across revenue, profitability, and customer growth. You’ll lead the marketing direction, shape the creative, and work closely with teams across marketing, product, and paid channels to make sure everything we do is focused, high quality, and driving results. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, perfect for someone who wants to build, test, and grow a brand end-to-end.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning the ecommerce performance of the brand—driving revenue, profitability, and growth
- Building and executing marketing strategies across paid and organic channels
- Leading and coordinating the team delivering ecommerce and marketing activity
- Planning and delivering campaigns, launches, and key trading moments
- Creating and shaping marketing content that attracts customers and drives sales
- Improving performance across the funnel—traffic, conversion, AOV, and retention
- Managing the ecommerce trading calendar to ensure strong execution
- Reporting on performance and turning insights into action
- Keeping the brand consistent and high-performing across ecommerce, email, social, and ads
- Exploring and applying new tools, including AI, to improve output and performance

- Strong experience owning ecommerce or brand performance
- A clear understanding of what drives growth across the full ecommerce funnel
- Ability to build and execute effective marketing strategies
- A strong creative eye and instinct for what sells
- Confidence using data to make decisions and spot opportunities
- Experience across paid and organic channels
- Ability to prioritise and focus on high-impact work
- Experience leading or coordinating teams
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
- Interest in using AI and new tools to improve how you work
