We’re looking for a Content Marketing Executive to help tell the story of Teemill and our brands. This is a role for someone who is creative, curious, and driven to produce content that engages audiences and drives performance. You’ll work across multiple channels, from social media to blogs, emails, video, and our Teemill platform, helping attract new customers, support our stores, and strengthen our brand. You’ll turn insights into content that informs, inspires, and converts, all while keeping sustainability and our mission at the heart of your work.

This role is also about innovation: using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve how we create, optimise, and deliver content across the business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Planning, creating, and sharing content across digital channels, including social media, blogs, emails, pitch pages, and video
  • Producing content that drives sales, acquires new customers, and supports store engagement
  • Collaborating with internal teams and third parties to deliver marketing initiatives
  • Researching, developing, and optimising SEO-driven web and video content
  • Analysing content performance and using insights to improve engagement and results
  • Developing creative ideas and innovative approaches to digital content
  • Creating short-form social media content and longer-form blogs and video content
  • Occasionally liaising directly with customers to create relevant and impactful content

What we’re looking for

  • 1+ years experience in marketing, content creation, or copywriting
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to produce content across multiple formats
  • Ability to create content for social media, blogs, email, and campaigns
  • Proactive in adopting AI tools and new technologies to improve content workflows
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent brand voice
  • Analytical mindset and willingness to learn from performance data
  • Collaborative, proactive, and customer-focused attitude Knowledge of sustainability and/or e-commerce is a bonus
  • Experience in video content creation and presentation is desirable
