We’re hiring a Refrigeration Engineer – Isle of Wight

Vectis Refrigeration works across commercial refrigeration, air conditioning and facilities systems across the island.

Our engineers work locally on a wide range of sites including hospitality venues, supermarkets, schools, factories and leisure facilities.

The role includes service, maintenance and installation work.

Typical systems include:

• Commercial refrigeration

• Supermarket refrigeration systems

• CO2 and hydrocarbon refrigerants

• Air conditioning systems

• Heat pump systems

• Installation projects

• Planned maintenance and fault finding

Requirements

• Experience with commercial refrigeration

• F Gas certification

• Strong fault finding skills

• Full driving licence

Beneficial experience

• CO2 systems

• Hydrocarbon refrigerants

• CARE category systems

• IPAF or PASMA

• 18th Edition

• Installation experience

Training can be provided where needed.

Engineers work locally across the island with a variety of interesting sites.

What we offer

Salary typically £38k–£55k depending on experience and capability. Overtime available.
