Due to continued growth, we're looking for the next cog to our already well oiled machine!
You need to be a certain character to succeed in this industry, and the best way to describe such a person is, outgoing, unreserved, friendly, an extrovert.
You’ll be required to answer the phone quickly and politely, taking down orders and listening to instructions regarding delivery details etc, dealing with any issues that may arise, accuracy is key.
You’ll be required to react quickly and serve on the trade counter, to both the public and all types of different trade customers, some of which you’ll get to know very well as we’ll see the same people every day!
You’ll need to be able to multitask, as you’ll receive numerous phone calls back-to-back on occasions, and you need to get each.
You’ll be required to cold call both new and old customers to ensure the continued growth of the business, so being able to close a sale or convince a customer why you’re the best option is another key attribute we’re looking for.
You’ll be part of an already knowledgeable team, so don’t be put off by not having the experience, there is plenty of training to help you understand the products and their use, it’s more important we find the candidate with the right drive and determination to succeed.
When required, you’ll be expected to help in the warehouse by putting stock away in the correct location or restocking the trade counter so that it looks clean and inviting all of the time, you never know when that customer you’ve been chasing walks through the door, over flowing bins and a messy drinks area, with gaps all over the shelves is not a good look, and first impressions are extremely important!
A clean driving license and confidence in driving a large van is also required to cover holidays for our permanent drivers, can be split among other members of staff.

Hours are 7:30 – 17:00 Mon – Fri
25 days holiday a year + Bank Holidays.
