We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Electrical Tutor & Skills Coach who’s ready to inspire the next generation of electricians across the island. This isn’t just a teaching role—it’s a chance to light up learners’ futures and help them build careers they’re proud of.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and delivering engaging lessons that make electrical theory and practice come alive.
- Supporting learners both in the classroom and on-site, helping them connect the dots between study and real-world work.
- Tracking progress, keeping records, and making sure learners are on course (literally and figuratively).
- Visiting learners in their workplaces to offer guidance, gather evidence, and ensure they’re getting a well-rounded experience.
- Offering tailored support and feedback to help each learner reach their full potential.
What You’ll Bring:
- Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths.
- A Level 3 Electrical Qualification (including NVQ or equivalent).
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards.
- A commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.
- Bonus points if you’re up to speed with curriculum design and development—but don’t worry if not, we’ll support you!
