Are you an experienced professional in the Electrical industry with a passion for teaching and mentoring? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Electrical Lecturer to join our team, committed to fostering a positive learning environment and a strong desire to shape the future of aspiring electricians.

About The Role:
You will be responsible for inspiring and guiding students through a variety of Electrical qualifications that range from Level 1 to Level 3. You will develop a range of learning opportunities, including organising extracurricular activities, to enable students to progress through their programmes, all while ensuring compliance with national standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Electrical Lecturer, you will:
· Plan and deliver lessons to a range of classes, maintaining a high-quality student learning experience
· Use vaious teaching methods to promote inclusive learning for all
· To formally assess students' progress and development, giving appropriate feedback (written and oral) and maintaining records as required
· To carry out Internal Verification as required
· Tailor additional support and catch-up solutions to meet individual needs and personal and professional goals
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
· Level 2 Qualifications in English and Maths
· A Level 3 Electrical Qualification, or a related subject, or an equivalent relevant professional qualification
· Strong knowledge of general Electrical subjects
· Ability to maintain and adhere to Health & Safety Legislation to secure a safe Learner environment
· Knowledge of recent initiatives in curriculum development and design is desirable, but not essential
