Air Conditioning Engineer

Isle of Wight | Full Time | Permanent

Due to continued growth, Vectis Refrigeration is looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team on the Isle of Wight.

The Role

You’ll be carrying out a mixture of:

• Air conditioning installations
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Servicing
• Fault finding and repairs
• Commissioning of new systems
• Working on a range of commercial and domestic air conditioning equipment

Most of our work is based on the Isle of Wight, with occasional mainland work when required.

What we’re looking for

• F-Gas Category 1 qualification
• Previous experience installing and maintaining air conditioning systems
• Experience with split, multi-split and VRF systems
• Good fault-finding skills
• A full UK driving licence
• A professional attitude and good customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Daikin, Toshiba and Fujitsu systems would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
