Are you ready to help others start exciting new careers in the superyacht industry? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our busy Superyacht Training Centre in Cowes. This full-time role combines sales and admin.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales: Help candidates select the right training programs, deliver excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets.
• Administration: Manage bookings, ensure accurate arrival information, and handle office tasks.
• Personable and customer-focused with strong communication skills, confident and comfortable talking with customers over the phone and in person.
