EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN OUR TEAM

We are seeking a Sales Adviser to join our team in Cowes. The starting salary is £26,500, which could increase depending on your skills and business requirements.

Flying Fish is a maritime training provider, with a particular focus on the superyacht industry. We strive to provide the highest quality training in a professional environment where the customer comes first. We know it is about more than qualifications, so we provide core skills, soft skills, ongoing support and anything else needed to start and progress a successful career at sea.

 

What will you be doing?

This is an exciting opportunity to help inspire the next generation of superyacht crew. It is a very social role, where you will focus on building strong customer relationships. You will support customers on their yachting journey, pre-course, during training and post-course.

 

What are we looking for?

Essential: You are a team player with a passion for people.

Desirables: You have a background in sales or employment support. You have an interest in watersports/yachting.
