Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Production, Procurement and Logistic departments. Your focus will be on improving operational efficiency, maintaining high quality standards and ensuring a safe working environment. You’ll also work closely with the Sales team to manage stock, ensure timely delivery, and oversee customer projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations across production, procurement, and logistics
• Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and procurement activities
• Oversee customer projects from order to delivery, keeping to deadlines
• Analyse customer feedback and ensure appropriate action
• Lead and motivate teams, manage staff development and performance
• Collaborate with senior management to support strategic business goals
Minimum Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a similar managerial role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in IT and stock control systems • Knowledge of health, safety, and quality management principles
• Ability to work independently and within a team
