Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the maintenance and repair of boats and marine equipment
• Handling and moving boats using yard machinery and equipment
• Cleaning and preparing boats for launch and storage
• Supporting the team with various boatyard tasks as needed
• Ensuring the boatyard is kept clean, tidy, and safe at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a boatyard or marine environment is preferred
• Knowledge of boat maintenance and repair techniques
• Ability to operate yard machinery and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions

Desirable Qualifications:

• Power Boat Level 2 Certification
• Counterbalance Forklift License
