The Project Manager is responsible for leading a cross-functional team to deliver the Transfer of Technology to the contracted Transfer Recipient in alignment with the commercial agreement. This role includes planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder requirements. The Project Manager will use best practices in project management to drive efficient workflows, resolve challenges, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Strategy
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
- Define project goals, objectives, deliverables, and key milestones.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or roadblocks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Team Coordination and Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and ensure project teams meet deadlines.
- Facilitate communication between team members and departments to maintain project momentum.
- Conduct regular team meetings, update project boards, and hold team members accountable.
- Budget and Resource Management
- Monitor project expenses to ensure alignment with the budget.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and meet project demands.
- Adjust budgets and resources as needed to accommodate project changes.
- Stakeholder Management and Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns or questions promptly.
- Project Monitoring and Quality Control
- Track project progress and ensure adherence to the established schedule.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet required standards.
- Manage changes to the project scope, timeline, and costs using project management tools.
- Project Closure
- Ensure all project requirements are met before closure.
- Conduct post-project evaluation to identify successes and areas for improvement.
- Document project learnings and maintain records for future reference.
· Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field or experience in project management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, JIRA, Trello).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work under pressure.
- Ability to travel to the Transfer Recipient site in Poland as and when required.
· Preferred Qualifications:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
- Master’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- Knowledge of financial management or budgeting.
