Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic components for inflight entertainment systems.
• Follow strict quality control processes and ensure product standards are consistently met.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to improve processes and resolve production issues.
• Ensure production deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Perform regular maintenance and care on machinery and equipment.
• Adapt to changing workflows and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in electronics assembly or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
• A proactive and flexible attitude toward changing workloads and tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
