Responsibilities
- Staffing the factory - hiring and planning capacity requirements and shifts
- Directly supervise the factory on a day to day basis
- Responsible for daily output and adjusting capacity accordingly
- Ensure team culture is upheld
- Complete regular 1to1s with direct reports
- Responsible for factory KPI’s
- Actively look for ways to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Team governance with direct reports
- Consumables ordering
- Delivering Training and development to direct reports
Qualifications
- Essential 5 GCSE’s grade A*-C - including English and Math or equivalent
- Desirable Any manufacturing qualifications
Experience
- Essential 2 years experience of managing a team of 10+ people
- Desirable 2 years within the manufacturing team 1 years experience of being responsible for KPI’s within a team
