Production Operative (Powder & Surface Coating) – Full Time

We are a surface finishing company specialising in powder coating and chemical conversion coating for industrial and higher-spec components.

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Production Operative to join our team, with the opportunity to train into a skilled role.

Key duties:

- Preparing and masking metal components  

- Assisting with powder coating and conversion coating processes  

- Loading and unloading parts  

- Quality checking finished work  

- General workshop duties  

Requirements:

- Good work ethic and attention to detail  

- Willingness to learn  

- Reliable and punctual  

- Practical, hands-on approach  

No experience required — full training provided.

This is not just a labouring role. We are looking to train someone into a skilled surface finishing technician.
