At WSC, we are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a driven and conscientious leader to join our team as an Electrical Coordinator. This is a rare chance to take the helm in building and running an internal electrical department within our production division, playing a pivotal role in the development and expansion of this crucial function.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead and inspire a dedicated team of electrical and professionals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the department.
- Department Implementation & Growth: Take charge of developing and implementing our internal electrical department, ensuring that all processes align with company objectives and industry standards.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the execution of electrical projects in production, ensuring that deadlines are met, quality is maintained, and safety standards are adhered to.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with other departments within production, ensuring seamless coordination and support across the organization.
- Design Support: Provide expertise and support to aid design deliverables to production ensuring class standards and requirements are adhered too.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in processes, equipment, and personnel training. Implement best practices and lead by example in both technical expertise and team leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive Experience in marine electrics/electronics, with a deep understanding of systems, tools, and technologies used in the sector.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams to achieve their full potential. Experience in people management, scheduling, and resource planning is essential.
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and innovate solutions for complex challenges.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven Track Record: A background in similar roles within the marine industry or related sectors, with a clear understanding of electrical systems, electronics, and production environments.
