Job Title: Casual Production Operative

Location: Albany Rd, East Cowes PO32 6AA

Hours: Casual – Zero Hour contract

We are seeking reliable and hands-on Production Operatives to join our team during the busy festive period. Simply let us know your availability, and we'll offer shifts to suit.

Our standard shift patterns are:

• 7:00am to 3:00pm
• 3:00pm to 11:00pm
• 11:00pm to 7:00am
• Weekend shifts

This is a casual seasonal position, providing an excellent opportunity for those looking for work over the coming months while contributing to the production of high-quality products enjoyed by customers around the world.

This is a manual role that may require standing for long periods, working to targets, and may involve lifting boxes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Pick, pack, print, and produce garments to a high standard
• Meet daily production targets and uphold team KPIs
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and ready to go
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality
• Support teammates and assist with training
• Bring a forward-thinking approach, using new tools and ideas (including AI) to make production smarter and faster
