As a small team, we value flexibility and enthusiasm, and we’re looking for an Assistant Brewer to join us in crafting great beer!

About the Role:

This is a versatile position, while brewing is at the heart of the role, you’ll also be involved in other essential aspects of our operation. Prior brewing experience is an advantage but not a requirement—we’re happy to train the right candidate who brings enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Wage based on experience. Job is available immediately. 

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with all aspects of the brewing process
• Packaging beer
• Preparing and packing customer orders for shipment
• Maintaining a clean and organized brewery environment
• Accurate data collection and record keeping
• Delivering beer to our stockists 

Requirements:

• A positive, enthusiastic, and committed attitude
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in the craft brewing industry
• Physically fit and capable of performing labour-intensive tasks
• Flexibility with shift patterns 
• A full clean driving license
• At least a 4/C equivalent or above in English and Maths GCSE
